Bill Wheeler has 25 years experience in a broad range of industry sectors.
He began his career as a C.N.C. machine operator, and has held a range of positions including; Quality Technician, Quality Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Project Manager, Production Manager and Quality Manager in organisations located in Ireland, the US and Australia.
He has been operating successfully as a freelance Engineering and Management Consultant since 1995, supporting a number of long term clients both directly and through Consultancy organisations.
Bill has accumulated academic qualifications in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering, Quality Assurance, a Lean Green Belt (Healthcare) and an M.B.A., in order to enhance the high quality professional service he offers to his clients.
Bill is a Lean Practitioner and Trainer and has extensive experience in Strategic Lean Deployment, Project Management and Supply Chain Optimisation in Service and Manufacturing industry sectors.

Eddie Walsh
Eddie has over 15 years experience as a Manager and as a Manufacturing Consultant. After qualifying as an Industrial Engineer he worked in all aspects of operations from Industrial Engineering to Production Management and on to Operations Management
Eddie’s consultancy career to date has involved project support in a number of industry sectors such as Electronics, Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Health Care, Eye-ware, Vision Care, Textiles, Services and Engineering in Ireland, the US, Europe and the Far East.
Eddie’s project support roles have included:
- Lead-time and Throughput time reduction
- Customer Service improvement
- Design and implementations of visibility systems
- The implementation of “Class A” accreditation
- Inventory accuracy and effective planning
- Lean Training and implementation
- Preventative Maintenance systems development
Oisin Malin
Oisín Malin is a customer focused Project Manager with over 15 years experience working for leading pharmaceutical and medical device companies in Ireland and the UK. He is an enthusiastic and highly experienced professional, with developed skills in project management, validation, quality systems and process improvements. He is a team player possessing strong problem-solving skills complete with a proven track record delivering multi functional projects in Manufacturing and Supply Chain environments.
He has recently worked as Project Manager on the rollout of a Tracked and Traced solution for the delivery of medical devices across 14 markets in the European region. The project involved managing a cross functional team, designing the solution, selection of and appointment of various local service providers in line with the market delivery performance metrics and subsequent start ups in each market.
Oisín is married with three children and is based in Dublin. He has a Diploma in Industrial Engineering, a BSc in Technology Management and an Applied Diploma in Project Management.
