Since graduating with a 1st Class Honors in Manufacturing Engineering in 1997 Pat has amassed over 15 years’ experience in manufacturing, operations, continuous improvement techniques and project management. This experience has been obtained across the electronic, medical device and pharmaceutical industries.
Since 2002 his career has been centred on project managing Lean and Six Sigma initiatives designed to achieve operational excellence. This includes the introduction and management of Value Stream’s and Lean Six Sigma techniques across all business departments.
Over this time, Pat has been involved in introducing Lean and Six Sigma tools across three different industries, in all aspects of deployment from strategy deployment to facilitating lean conversion programs, Kaizens and problem-solving workshops.
